Refund policy

30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags/packaging. Please include your order number.

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • Our error / damaged / defective / misprinted items: We cover the return or send a free replacement—your choice.

  • Change of mind / wrong size / not quite your style: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. You can use our label (cost deducted from your refund) or ship with your own carrier.

Many DBL items are made to order. Minor variations in print placement or color can occur and are normal; clear manufacturing defects or misprints will be replaced at no cost.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? The fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved. For size swaps on brand-new, unworn items, we’re happy to help—email us.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at dirtyboyslifestyle5282@gmail.com with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right ASAP.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale/clearance items

  • Gift cards and digital downloads

  • Customized/personalized products (unless damaged/defective)

  • Worn/washed items, items with odors, pet hair, stains, or missing tags/packaging

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping and any duties/taxes paid. (These fees aren’t refundable by us—check with your local customs office.)

Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Your bank/issuer may need additional time to post it. If it’s been 15 business days since approval, email us and we’ll check on it.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order ships to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. Items must be unused with original tags/packaging.

How long does processing take? 2–5 business days before shipment.
Do you offer free returns? We cover returns for our mistakes (damaged/defective/incorrect). Size or preference returns are customer-paid.
Can I swap sizes? Yes—start a return, then reorder the correct size once approved.
My package shows delivered but I can’t find it. Please check with neighbors and your carrier first; if still missing, email us and we’ll help investigate.
